You enter our territory. You play by our rules.
By accessing this website and requesting a sit-down with Programmatic Internet Marketing Powerhouse Ltd., you accept these terms in full. No exceptions. No negotiations.
1. Scope of Services
We deliver programmatic dominance: traffic acquisition, fraud annihilation, data resurrection, creative automation, and margin protection. Results are guaranteed only for qualified partners.
2. Eligibility
Access is restricted to serious players with minimum monthly ad spend of $1,000 USD.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without explanation.
3. Confidentiality
All communications, strategies, and results are strictly confidential.
Disclosure to third parties will be treated as a breach of territory.
4. Payment & Performance
Full Control package pricing is disclosed only to approved partners.
We deliver ROAS. You deliver payment on time.
No refunds. No excuses.
5. Limitation of Liability
We operate in the programmatic streets — results can fluctuate.
We are not liable for platform policy changes, fraud evolution, or your failure to dominate.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 30 days.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice.
We may terminate immediately if you fall behind on payments or violate territory.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Malta.
Disputes are settled in Valletta. No appeals.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
