Setup

Connections, permissions and your rules. One person first, usually the one with the worst calendar.
Tuning
2–4 weeks
It gets your voice, your priorities and your exceptions. This part needs you in the loop.
Rollout

Team by team, each with their own boundaries. Nobody inherits anybody else’s inbox.
